Choosing the right storage size can be tricky. Whether you’re moving, decluttering, or just need extra space, our Bulverde storage facility has options for you. Plus, if you move in and decide it's not the right fit we can easily change you to a different space. It's not a problem at all! Here’s a breakdown of our storage unit sizes and what typically fits inside.

5x5 (Walk-in Closet)

Great for boxes, small décor, and seasonal items. You can also hang your bike, kayak or other seasonal items up to 10' tall. This size unit is for the person who needs just a little extra space.

5x10 (Large Closet)

Ideal for small furniture such as love seat, arm chair, dresser or night stand. If you have multiple seasonal things such as bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, or even a sport bike or motorcycle this is a good size.

10x10 (One-Car Garage)

A popular size for Bulverde families. Fits furniture from a one-bedroom apartment or several rooms of boxes. Adding shelving can really maximize this space and allow you to fit quite a bit! If you want to store a bedroom suite, ensure your mattress is packed in a sealed mattress bag to extend it's life. We also recommend not putting the mattress on it's side, but rather lay it flat across your other store items. This is just our preference, but we feel it does keep all of the cushion materials in the right spot.

10x15 (Extended One-Car Garage)

Perfect for storing large appliances, furniture, or business inventory. This is a very versatile size unit. You can easily organize it to walk through your items and access them as needed. Business owners find this size valuable when they utilize shelving and labeled bins to organize their inventory.

10x20 (Small House)

This size holds the contents of a three bedroom home. Great for moves or major remodels! Bulverde has so many new home subdivisions and we often welcome tenants who are moving from one home to another and need a clean, secure space to store until their the new home is ready. We have recently welcome tenants moving into Estancia Ranch, Glenwood Estates, Belle Oaks, Ventana, Johnson Ranch and several inquiries from new Thornebrook builds.

10x20 Parking Space

Designed for vehicles, small trailers, and small boats. Easy access off Blanco Road makes parking easy. You don't have to try to pull your boat or trailer out onto a busy highway. Our driveways are wide and easy to navigate. We have six 10x20 spots at a 45 degree angle to reverse into and two 11x20 spots you can back straight into.
